As fun as it is to waste days of your life scouring Google, I'm surprised that there isn't one singular web site where fans of Canadiana can read a Mordecai Richler bio, wax nostalgic about Alanis Morissette's career, or get recommendations for obscure 80's Canadian hair bands.
Actually, I guess I'm not all that surprised.
But if there's even one other person who likes to turn off Jersey Shore once in a while and pay attention to the contributions that our fine tuque-wearing society has made to movies, television, music, art and theatre, this blog is for you.
Or should I say, that's what this blog is a-boot? (Sorry. I promise not to do that again. Hey, where are you going???)
